Three Stags Equipment Solutions LLC (“Three Stags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial equipment financing referral, coordination, and related equipment sourcing services.
This Electronic Delivery and Electronic Signature Consent Disclosure (“E-Delivery Consent”) explains how electronic communications, documents, notices, acknowledgments, and signatures may be used in connection with our services.
This disclosure is intended to address electronic communications and records in accordance with applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”) and applicable state electronic transaction laws.
Reviewing this disclosure or visiting our website does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive all legally required documents electronically or to enter into a financing agreement.
1. Electronic Communications and Records
Three Stags may communicate electronically with individuals and authorized business representatives who request our services.

2. Scope of Electronic Delivery Consent
Where an individual affirmatively agrees to electronic delivery, that consent applies to the categories of Three Stags communications and records identified in the applicable consent process.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, consent obtained by Three Stags relates to its own referral, coordination, and related business services.
Consent to electronic delivery through Three Stags does not automatically establish consent to electronic delivery by an independent financing provider.
A financing provider may require its own electronic delivery consent, application acknowledgments, electronic signatures, or related agreements.
3. Electronic Signatures and Acknowledgments
Certain documents or authorizations may be completed electronically where permitted by applicable law.
An electronic signature may include an electronically executed document, a properly recorded checkbox acknowledgment, or another legally recognized electronic signature method.
Electronic signatures and records may have the same legal effect as their paper counterparts when applicable legal requirements are satisfied.
Submitting a general financing inquiry does not automatically create a binding financing agreement, personal guarantee, credit authorization, or obligation to accept financing.
Any financing agreement or personal guarantee must be separately presented and accepted through the applicable financing provider's process.
4. Consent to Electronic Delivery
Where affirmative consent is required, Three Stags will request it through an appropriate electronic acknowledgment, agreement, or other legally sufficient process.
The consent process will identify the scope of documents or communications covered.
Providing an email address or using our website does not automatically waive rights to receive paper records where such rights exist under applicable law.
Where required, electronic consent will be obtained before delivering records electronically in place of legally required written or paper disclosures.
5. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, view, download, and retain electronic records, you generally need:
A computer, smartphone, tablet, or other device capable of accessing the internet.

Software capable of opening standard electronic documents, including PDF files.

Specific financing providers or electronic signature platforms may establish additional technical requirements.
If a material change to technical requirements affects the ability to access or retain records, additional notice or renewed consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
6. Accessing and Retaining Documents
Recipients should review electronic documents carefully and retain copies for their records.
Electronic documents may be saved, downloaded, or printed when the applicable technology permits.
Certain records may be available through secure links or electronic document platforms for a limited period.
Recipients are encouraged to download and retain important records promptly.
Three Stags does not guarantee indefinite access to documents maintained through independent third-party platforms.
7. Requesting Paper Copies
You may contact Three Stags to request a paper copy of an electronic record that we maintain and are authorized to provide.

Three Stags does not currently impose a separate fee for providing paper copies of its own available records. If a fee becomes applicable, we will disclose it where required before fulfilling the request.
Requests for documents maintained exclusively by independent financing providers may need to be directed to those providers.
8. Withdrawing Electronic Delivery Consent
Where you have provided affirmative consent to electronic delivery, you may request to withdraw that consent by contacting Three Stags.

Withdrawal will apply prospectively to the electronic delivery activities covered by the applicable consent, subject to legal and contractual requirements.
Withdrawal will not invalidate electronic records, acknowledgments, or agreements lawfully completed before the withdrawal became effective.
If electronic delivery is necessary to complete a particular service or transaction, withdrawing consent may delay or prevent completion of that service unless another legally permissible delivery method is available.
Three Stags does not currently charge a fee for withdrawing electronic delivery consent.

9. Updating Contact Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying Three Stags when your email address or other relevant contact information changes.

10. Independent Financing Providers
Three Stags works with independent third-party financing providers that maintain their own application processes, electronic delivery practices, and contractual requirements.
These providers may use separate systems for:

Financing offers and agreements.
Required notices and disclosures.
Personal guarantees.
Payment and servicing communications.
Three Stags does not control the electronic delivery systems or consent procedures used by independent financing providers.
Applicants should review any electronic delivery disclosures or signature agreements provided directly by those parties.
Consent provided to Three Stags does not automatically authorize a financing provider to obtain a consumer credit report or establish a binding financing obligation.
11. Privacy and Information Security
Electronic communications and records may contain personal, business, or financial information.
Three Stags takes reasonable steps designed to protect information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Sensitive identifying or financial documents should be provided through designated secure document-submission methods or directly to the applicable financing provider.
Do not transmit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information through general website contact forms or ordinary unencrypted email.
No electronic communication or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Electronic Delivery and Marketing Communications
Consent to electronic delivery of documents related to requested business services is separate from consent to receive automated marketing calls or promotional text messages.
Agreeing to receive electronic records does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing communications.
Telephone and text-message communications are governed by applicable telecommunications laws and our separate TCPA Consent Disclosure.
Any additional marketing consent required by law must be obtained separately.
13. Records of Consent
Where applicable, Three Stags may maintain records documenting electronic delivery consent or electronic acknowledgments.

14. No Financing Commitment
Electronic delivery of an application, disclosure, financing illustration, preliminary quote, or other communication does not constitute a guarantee of financing approval or funding.
Three Stags does not independently approve financing, establish financing terms, or provide funding.
Any binding financing agreement must be issued and accepted through the applicable independent financing provider.
Electronic communications from Three Stags are not a substitute for the financing provider's final contractual documentation.
15. Changes to This Disclosure
Three Stags may update this E-Delivery Consent Disclosure to reflect changes in communication methods, technology, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
