Three Stags is not a direct lender and does not provide financing from its own funds.

All financing decisions are made independently by the applicable third-party financing provider.
Submitting an inquiry or application through Three Stags does not guarantee financing approval, specific rates, terms, equipment availability, or funding.
Any financing arrangement is subject to the applicable financing provider's underwriting requirements, approval process, and contractual terms.
3. Commercial Use and Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are acting on behalf of legitimate businesses seeking commercial equipment financing or related business services.
By submitting information or requesting services, you represent that:

You are authorized to act on behalf of the business identified in your inquiry.

Three Stags does not guarantee that any particular financing provider will evaluate, approve, or fund a request.

Three Stags may receive referral compensation or other compensation from financing providers in connection with successfully funded transactions, where permitted by applicable law and relevant agreements.

Submitting an inquiry to Three Stags does not, by itself, authorize Three Stags to obtain a consumer credit report or automatically authorize a financing provider to conduct a credit inquiry.

7. Equipment Sourcing and Vendor Relationships
Where available, Three Stags may assist businesses with identifying equipment vendors, sellers, or potential equipment acquisition opportunities.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Three Stags does not own, manufacture, inspect, certify, warrant, or guarantee equipment offered by independent sellers.
Equipment specifications, condition, pricing, availability, delivery arrangements, warranties, and purchase terms are generally determined by the applicable seller or vendor.
Businesses are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before purchasing equipment or entering into equipment purchase agreements.
Equipment sourcing assistance does not guarantee equipment availability, seller performance, financing approval, or completion of a purchase.
8. Fees and Compensation
Three Stags may receive compensation from participating financing providers in connection with referrals or funded financing transactions.
Unless separately agreed in writing and disclosed as required by applicable law, submitting an inquiry through our website does not create an obligation to pay Three Stags a fee.
Any fees charged directly by a financing provider, equipment vendor, or other third party are subject to that party's applicable disclosures and agreements.
Applicants should review all financing costs, fees, repayment obligations, and contractual terms before accepting an offer.
