TCPA Consent

Three Stags Equipment Solutions LLC (“Three Stags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to communicating with customers and prospective customers in accordance with applicable federal and state telecommunications and consumer protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), applicable Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) regulations, and other relevant requirements.

This TCPA Consent Disclosure describes how we may communicate with individuals and businesses by telephone and text message, when consent may be required, and how communication preferences may be managed.

Reviewing this disclosure, visiting our website, or submitting a general financing inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated marketing calls or text messages.

1. Scope of Communications

Three Stags provides commercial equipment financing referral, coordination, and related equipment sourcing services.

We may communicate with individuals and authorized business representatives regarding:

• Commercial equipment financing inquiries.

• Application status updates and additional documentation requests.

• Financing provider introductions and referral coordination.

• Equipment sourcing inquiries and vendor communications.

• Responses to customer questions or service requests.

2. Customer-Initiated Inquiries

When you contact Three Stags or submit a financing inquiry, we may use the contact information you provide to respond to your request and coordinate the services you have requested, as permitted by applicable law.

Communications may include follow-up calls, requests for additional information, application updates, or coordination with financing providers.

Providing a telephone number for a financing inquiry does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing communications or any calls or messages for which separate consent is required by law.

3. Automated Calls and Text Messages

Certain telephone calls or SMS text messages may be subject to additional requirements when delivered using automated dialing technology, artificial or prerecorded voices, or other regulated communications technology.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, Three Stags will obtain the appropriate consent before initiating such communications.

Three Stags does not interpret submission of a general inquiry as blanket authorization for automated telephone marketing or promotional text messaging.

4. Marketing Communications and Express Consent

Any such request will identify the business seeking consent and describe the types of communications covered.

Consent to receive automated marketing calls or promotional text messages is not a condition of obtaining commercial equipment financing referral services.

Applicants may submit a financing request without agreeing to receive optional automated marketing communications.

5. Separate Marketing Consent

Any optional marketing authorization presented through our website or application process will be separate from required financing information-sharing authorizations, privacy acknowledgments, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Marketing consent checkboxes, where implemented, will not be preselected.

Declining optional marketing consent will not prevent an applicant from requesting our financing referral services.

Three Stags may maintain appropriate records of consent, including the date, method, telephone number, and disclosure presented, where applicable.

6. SMS Text Messaging

Where Three Stags offers SMS communications, messages may relate to requested services, financing inquiries, application coordination, or marketing communications for which any necessary consent has been obtained.

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communications and the recipient's interactions with Three Stags.

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's wireless carrier and service plan.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Three Stags does not guarantee that every telephone number or wireless carrier can receive all message types.

7. Opting Out and Revoking Consent

You may revoke consent to receive automated or prerecorded calls and text messages through any reasonable method permitted by applicable law.

Where two-way SMS functionality is supported, you may reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to request that messages stop.

You may also contact Three Stags directly by telephone or email to withdraw consent or update your communication preferences.

We will honor applicable consent-revocation and do-not-call requests as promptly as practicable and within the time required by applicable law, generally no later than 10 business days for covered requests.

Revoking marketing consent will not affect a financing inquiry already submitted or prevent you from requesting services in the future.

Certain communications may continue where independently permitted by applicable law.

8. Communications From Financing Providers

Three Stags works with independent third-party commercial equipment financing providers.

In connection with an authorized financing referral, we may share relevant application and contact information with financing providers as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable information-sharing authorization.

Independent financing providers may communicate directly with applicants regarding underwriting, documentation, financing offers, approvals, and other matters related to a financing request.

These providers maintain their own telecommunications practices, communication policies, and legal responsibilities.

Consent granted specifically to Three Stags for automated marketing communications does not automatically authorize independent financing providers to send their own automated marketing calls or messages.

Any separate consent required for communications from an independent financing provider must be obtained through an appropriate process.

9. Consent Records and Communications Preferences

Where applicable, Three Stags may maintain records relating to communications consent and customer preferences.

Such records may include:

• The name or other identifying information of the individual providing consent.

• The telephone number provided.

• The date and time of consent.

• The method through which consent was obtained.

• The applicable consent language or disclosure version.

• Any subsequent withdrawal of consent or communication preference changes.

10. Telephone Number Accuracy

Individuals submitting contact information should provide a telephone number they are authorized to use.

You agree not to knowingly provide a telephone number belonging to another individual without appropriate authorization.

If your telephone number changes or is reassigned, please notify Three Stags so we can update our records.

Providing a telephone number does not waive any rights available under applicable telecommunications or privacy laws.

13. No Automatic Consent Through Website Use

Accessing the Three Stags website, reviewing this disclosure, submitting a general business inquiry, or acknowledging our Privacy Policy does not, by itself, authorize automated marketing calls or text messages where additional consent is legally required.

Any required marketing consent must be obtained through a separate, legally sufficient authorization process.
